It opens only on weekdays, 07:30–18:30, and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (Kakao Map and two 2026 blog posts). A 2025 post describes a long laptop-work table in the middle of the room, and another 2025 post says group use is possible; a party of four to six would be sharing that communal table. It closes at 18:30, so it does not work late in the afternoon.

  • Kakao Map (13 October 2026) and posts from June and September 2026 agree that it opens on weekdays only. Four 2025 posts list weekend hours, but that information is out of date. Check a map app for the day before you go.
  • It is on the ground floor, but whether the entrance has a step and whether strollers can get in was not confirmed. Where the toilets are was not confirmed either. The building has a paid underground car park, but a post says the cafe does not validate parking.

A Terarosa branch on the ground floor of One Grove Building D, near Magok Station Exit 1. Per Terarosa's official store list it opens at 07:30 on weekdays and 10:00 at weekends and on public holidays, closing at 22:00 (last order 21:30). A February 2026 post describes well-spaced seating, mostly tables for two to four, plus a large shared table; another says the spacing is not generous but there are many seats. Kakao Map's facility information marks it wheelchair-accessible. Whether it is a no-kids zone was not confirmed.

Posts mention a large table in the middle of the room, group seating and high chairs, and call it good for get-togethers. A June 2026 post says the seats are spaced widely enough that families with strollers do not feel in the way. Kakao Map and several 2026 posts agree on the hours.

A book cafe on the ground floor of K Square Tower 3, about 400 m from Magongnaru Station Exit 5, opening at 07:00 on weekdays and 10:00 at weekends and closing at 22:00 every day (Kakao Map and four 2026 posts agree). Kakao Map tags it as a book cafe, quiet cafe and study cafe; a July 2026 post says about a third of the customers came to work, though there were also pairs and threes chatting. Kakao Map's listing details show group seating, but the same post says the tables are small, about single-person size, the layout has few spots where a group can sit, and competition for seats is especially fierce on weekend afternoons. That post recommends going just after opening at weekends or in the evening; weekday-morning crowds were not confirmed.
