A bagel cafe on the ground floor of the Central Park shopping arcade. It opens at 08:00 every day, so it works for breakfast. A 2023 blog shows a long table that seats up to ten and outdoor terrace seating. There is no restroom inside; you use one outside the shop. It is about 500 m from Sinyongsan Station Exit 2 on the map; two 2023 posts give the walk as six and 13 minutes.

Tips
- Kakao Map (updated September 2026) and a June 2026 blog agree. Check a map app for the day before you go.
- The long group table and terrace appear only in 2023 posts, so the current layout is unconfirmed. A 2023 review suggests the terrace tables would suit eating with a stroller parked alongside, but no source says whether strollers fit inside. The restroom is outside the shop: a 2023 post places it opposite the entrance, left of the bike rack, and a 2025 post says you cross the road to reach the restrooms, which are separate for men and women.
- The Central Park car park is free for the first two hours, then ₩1,000 per 10 minutes (2025 blog); a 2026 post says you give your plate number to the staff to register it. A blog says small dogs in a carrier are allowed inside.

Ibukjip Chapssal Sundae, Yongsan
이북집찹쌀순대 용산점A sundae-gukbap (pork and blood-sausage rice soup) restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building on Hangang-daero 40-gil, about 180 m from Sinyongsan Station Exit 1. Kakao Map and Naver both say it opens at 05:00 every day, one of the earliest openings around Yongsan. Sundae gukbap is ₩11,000, the house set meal ₩18,000 and a plate of meat or sundae ₩7,000. There is a 15:00–17:00 break, and sources give the closing time as 01:00 or 02:00.
Iyeo Gomtang, Yongsan
이여곰탕 용산직영점A gomtang (beef bone soup) restaurant on the main road at 136 Hangang-daero, between Sinyongsan and Samgakji stations. It is open almost around the clock, except that it closes at 21:30 on Sunday and reopens at 07:00 on Monday. Gomtang is ₩13,000 on the menu board in a September 2026 blog (₩12,000 on Kakao Map's menu). It is the place on the Yongridan-gil side for a hot soup in the morning.
Kakibaum
카키바움A cafe and dining spot in a converted house with three floors, about five minutes on foot from Samgakji Station Exit 3: the cafe is on the ground floor and a dining bar on the 2nd. The cafe opens at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 at weekends. Kakao Map lists group seating, a private room, a terrace, a rooftop and a kids' menu, and a 2026 blog calls it "yes kids zone" in its title. The upper floors appear to be stairs only, so with a stroller it is safest to plan on the ground floor.
Samjin Eomuk, Yongsan Station
삼진어묵 용산역점A shop of Samjin Eomuk, a fish-cake brand, in the Yongsan Station concourse. It opens at 06:00 every day, so you can grab fish cakes or a fish-cake bar before your train. It is more of a snack than a meal.
