- Kakao Map's cafe hours match a January 2026 blog. The same blog says the 2nd-floor dining bar closes or serves only the cafe menu on Sundays. Check a map app for the day before you go.
- A 2026 blog describes a visit with a five- and a three-year-old. A 2025 post about ordering by phone from a private 3rd-floor room was an evening gathering, so whether the room is available in the morning is unconfirmed. Kakao Map lists an in-shop restroom, but not which floor. There is no parking of its own; use a nearby paid car park.

삼진어묵 용산역점A shop of Samjin Eomuk, a fish-cake brand, in the Yongsan Station concourse. It opens at 06:00 every day, so you can grab fish cakes or a fish-cake bar before your train. It is more of a snack than a meal.
Seohane Gimbap
서하네김밥A gimbap shop at 139-1 Hangang-daero, in front of a bus stop near Samgakji Station. It opens at 07:30 Monday to Saturday, so it is a place to pick up gimbap for breakfast on the go. Several reviews say the shop is tiny and you cannot eat inside, so treat it as takeaway only. The house vegetable gimbap is ₩5,500, tuna ₩6,500 and spicy pork ₩7,000 (menu in a September 2026 blog; Kakao Map's menu is ₩1,000 lower on each).
Ssoldam Gimbap
쏠담김밥A gimbap and dumpling shop at 14 Hangang-daero 50-gil, in the side streets between Samgakji and Sinyongsan stations. It opens at 06:00 every day except Sunday, which makes it one of the earliest breakfasts on the Yongridan-gil side. The house gimbap is ₩6,000, tuna gimbap ₩7,000 and six handmade pork dumplings ₩7,000 (Kakao Map menu). A review says the shop is small.
Starbucks, Yongsan I'Park Mall 1F
스타벅스 용산아이파크몰1F점A Starbucks 50 m from Yongsan Station Exit 1, at the Living Park entrance on the ground floor of I'Park Mall. It opens at 06:30 every day, early enough for a coffee before a morning train or after daycare or kindergarten drop-off. The shop is large and split into two sides of the mall entrance; a blog notes glass doors with no step, so strollers and wagons roll straight in, and there are high chairs. The restrooms are the mall's, outside the shop.
