- Kakao Map and an August 2026 blog give a 07:30 weekday opening, while a July 2026 blog says 07:00, so arriving after 07:30 is the safe choice. Sources disagree on Sunday, so for a Sunday visit check a map app for that day before you go.

Heights Gimbap Ttukseom
하이츠김밥 뚝섬점A gimbap and snack-food shop on Sangwon-gil, open 06:00–22:00 Monday to Saturday and closed Sundays. Besides several kinds of gimbap (seaweed rice rolls) it serves rice dishes such as jeyuk-deopbap (spicy pork over rice), so it works for an early meal. Gimbap is ₩3,500–5,500 on the 2025 Kakao Map menu. Ttukseom Gimbap is on the same street.
Highline Seongsu
하이라인 성수A second-floor cafe at 10 Seongdeokjeong 9-gil, known for corn-themed items such as a sweet-corn French toast (₩15,000). It is open 10:30–19:00 on weekdays and 10:00–20:00 at weekends (per DiningCode), so it closes earlier in the evening than many Seongsu cafes. Reviews mention the large second-floor windows, and also that portions are small for the price.
Isaac Toast Seongsu 2-ga
이삭토스트 성수2가점An Isaac Toast branch in Unit 107 of Woolim e-Biz Center on Gwangnaru-ro 6-gil, open 08:00–19:00 Monday to Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. It sells Korean toast sandwiches with egg, ham and cheese, which makes it a quick weekday breakfast. It is closed on weekends, so look elsewhere then.
Kokkili Bagel Seongsu
코끼리베이글 성수A bagel shop on the ground floor of 17 Seongsui-ro 26-gil, described on the brand's official site as its third branch, opened in 2022. The official site gives daily hours of 08:30–20:00, and DiningCode lists last order at 19:30. The menu lists a plain bagel at ₩2,800, a butter-salt bagel at ₩3,900 and sandwiches at ₩8,600. According to visitor reviews, you write your bagels and quantities on an order sheet at the counter, and Japanese and Chinese order sheets are available.
