코끼리베이글 성수A bagel shop on the ground floor of 17 Seongsui-ro 26-gil, described on the brand's official site as its third branch, opened in 2022. The official site gives daily hours of 08:30–20:00, and DiningCode lists last order at 19:30. The menu lists a plain bagel at ₩2,800, a butter-salt bagel at ₩3,900 and sandwiches at ₩8,600. According to visitor reviews, you write your bagels and quantities on an order sheet at the counter, and Japanese and Chinese order sheets are available.
LCDC SEOUL
LCDC 서울A four-floor complex on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu: Cafe Ephemera on the first floor, a retail shop on the second, the DOORS tenant floor on the third, and a food-and-drink space on the fourth. Opening times differ by floor and the third floor closes on Mondays, so check the floor you actually came for. The site's Korean and English pages list different hours and different tenants.

The menu lists pancakes at ₩8,000, an American breakfast at ₩15,000 and smoked-salmon eggs Benedict at ₩21,000. According to a visitor review, you order by QR code at the table, and the QR menu works in Korean, English and Japanese.
Mapo Seolnongtang
마포설농탕A seolleongtang restaurant serving milky beef-bone soup with rice. It opens at 07:00 on weekdays and 08:00 on Saturday and Sunday, so you can have beef-bone soup for breakfast in Seongsu. Seolleongtang is ₩12,000, the large version ₩15,000 and dogani-tang (ox-knee soup) ₩19,000. Two blog reviews say it closes on the second and fourth Sunday of each month, which Kakao Map does not show.
