Seongsu Morning Cafes: Open by 10:00, Room for 4–6, Kid Info

Many Seongsu cafes do not open until 11:00 or later. These eight open by 10:00 on weekdays and have large floors or group tables that make them worth trying for four to six people; where the evidence for group seating is thin, the entry says so. Chedda & Oli opens at 09:00 or 10:00 depending on the source. They were chosen with families travelling with small children, and parents meeting after kindergarten drop-off, in mind. They are grouped by station. Each entry gives the weekday opening time, seating, stroller access, restrooms, children and parking only as far as sources confirm; anything not found in a source is marked as unconfirmed.

Starbucks, Seoul Forest Station

스타벅스 서울숲역점

About 100 m from Seoul Forest Station Exit 2, open from 07:00 every day. The floor is large with sofa and table seating; Kakao Map lists group seating and high chairs, and a blog post counted two high chairs. It is on the ground floor of a shopping building and Kakao Map marks it as wheelchair accessible, though no source describes the entrance route. Restrooms are in the building, outside the shop. The building car park is free for one hour with a purchase.

A Twosome Place, Seoul Forest Station

투썸플레이스 서울숲역점

Close to the Starbucks above, about 100 m from Seoul Forest Station Exit 2, opening at 07:00 on weekdays. It has two floors, but neither a lift to the second floor nor group seating was confirmed, so with a stroller plan on the ground floor. The restroom location was not confirmed either. The building car park gives 30 minutes free with a purchase. The only source is Kakao Map, so treat it as a backup for when Starbucks is busy.

Chedda & Oli

체다앤올리

A brunch cafe on the ground floor of the Galleria Foret arcade next to Seoul Forest. Kakao Map gives a 10:00 weekday opening and a June 2026 blog post 09:00, so check before going. There is window seating inside and an outdoor terrace, and a parent who came with a baby found room inside for a stroller. Whether four to six people can share one table was not confirmed, nor was the restroom location. The arcade car park is free for one hour, or two hours if you spend ₩25,000 or more.

Perment Bakeshop

퍼먼트

A bakery cafe about 400 m from Seoul Forest Station Exit 5, open from 09:00 every day. The basement is a no-kids zone, so with children only the ground floor is available. One parent reports going in with a baby and stroller to eat. There is seating by the ground-floor folding doors and in the basement, but no evidence of a group table, so it is unclear whether four to six people with children will all fit on the ground floor. The restroom location was not confirmed. There is no parking.

Bossa Nova Coffee Roasters Seongsu

보사노바 커피로스터스 성수점

Near Ttukseom Station Exit 8, opening at 08:00 on weekdays. Reviews describe many tables for two to four and a long wooden table in the middle, and say it works for groups. The restrooms are inside the Korea National Open University building, through the cafe's back door, separate for men and women. It is on the ground floor, but the entrance step, stroller access and whether it is a no-kids zone were not confirmed. One review mentions a long wait to order during the morning commute. There is no parking.

Starbucks, Ttukseom Station

스타벅스 뚝섬역점

A minute's walk from Ttukseom Station Exit 5, opening at 07:00 on weekdays. You order on the ground floor and sit on the second or third floor, reached by lift. There is a large shared work table in the middle of the second floor and Kakao Map lists group seating, though some reviews say tables are close together. A 2025 review says the first and second floors open earlier, so early in the day plan on the second floor. Restrooms are inside (women's on the second floor, men's on the third). There is no parking.

Starbucks, Seongsu

스타벅스 성수점

About 50 m behind Seongsu Station Exit 4, opening at 07:00 Monday to Saturday. A review calls it large with plenty of seats, though Kakao Map does not list group seating. Starbucks Korea's store data marks it as wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are separate for men and women, but whether they are inside the shop was not confirmed. The mechanical basement car park (no vans or RVs) is free for one hour with a receipt.

Double Height Gallery Cafe Seongsu

더블하이트 갤러리카페 성수점

400–500 m from Seongsu Station, opening at 08:30 on weekdays — but at 12:00 on public holidays, even on a weekday, so check the calendar. A review mentions a group table on the second floor, and besides the stairs there is a lift, so a stroller can go between floors. The entrance step, whether it is a no-kids zone and the restroom location were not confirmed. There is no parking.

Tips

  • This was checked on 13 October 2026 against Kakao Map listings, Starbucks Korea's store pages and blog reviews. Opening hours change often, so check a map app for the day before you go. No mention of a no-kids rule does not mean children are welcomed — the only confirmed points are that Perment allows children on the ground floor only (the basement is a no-kids zone), that Starbucks Seoul Forest Station has high chairs, and that parents report visiting Chedda & Oli and Perment with a baby.

Seongsu · Places

A to B Seongsu

에이투비 성수

A cafe-bar on the second floor of 135 Achasan-ro: coffee and desserts by day, cocktails and highballs in the evening. DiningCode lists 12:00–23:00 daily with last order at 22:30, so it is closed in the morning and fits better into an evening plan. The signature item is "pigotchi", dried persimmon topped with cream cheese and pecans (₩10,000). It is about 170 m from Seongsu Station Exit 2.

A kongnamul gukbap restaurant (bean-sprout soup served with rice) where you can have a hot Korean breakfast in Seongsu from 7am; it is open 07:00–22:00 every day. The soup costs ₩10,000, and the menu also has moju, a sweet herbal rice drink. It is listed as open all year, but it closed on Chuseok in 2026. Kakao Map and two 2026 blog reviews all give the same hours.

Blue Bottle Coffee Seongsu

블루보틀 성수 카페

Blue Bottle's first cafe in Korea, opened 3 May 2019. It is the red brick building outside Ttukseom Station Exit 1 — the ground floor holds the roastery that supplies Blue Bottle's Seoul cafes, and the seating is one level below. Multiple sources note the seat count is small. The official site lists 08:00–20:00 daily.
