Bisabeol Jeonju Kongnamul Gukbap
비사벌전주콩나물국밥
Nearest station: Yaksu Station (약수역) Exit 3 · ≈207 m≈ approximate, from map data (Kakao Map, Naver Map or map coordinates)
A Jeonju-style kongnamul gukbap shop (bean-sprout soup with rice) at 146 Dasan-ro. The menu has just one dish (₩10,000), so ordering is easy: say how many people and sit down. Moju, a makgeolli simmered with herbs (it contains alcohol), is ₩1,000 on the side. It opens at 09:00 every day, so it suits a late breakfast rather than an early one. It is not the same shop as the branch of the same name in Seongsu/Ttukseom.

Address
서울 중구 다산로 146 서광빌딩 1층
1F, 146 Dasan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul
Tips
- Kakao Map, Naver and a September 2026 blog give the same hours. It is closed before 09:00, so for an earlier meal look at the 24-hour soup shops nearby. Hours can change, so check a map app before you go.
- A map search may also bring up a branch with the same name on Wangsimni-ro 6-gil near Seongsu/Ttukseom, which keeps different hours. Make sure the address is 146 Dasan-ro.

Byeollaeok Seolnongtang
별내옥설농탕A seolleongtang (ox-bone soup) restaurant at 193 Jangchungdan-ro. It opens at 06:00 every day and stays open until just before midnight, so it works for an early breakfast. Seolleongtang is ₩13,000 and the special version with brisket and knee cartilage is ₩16,000 (blogs from August to October 2026). The Kakao Map menu (updated December 2025) also lists ox-bone soup with offal at ₩16,000 and oxtail soup at ₩28,000.
Dumulmeori Yangpyeong Haejangguk, Sindang
두물머리양평해장국 신당점A haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant at 214 Dasan-ro. It is open 24 hours every day, so breakfast works at any hour. The signature Dumulmeori haejangguk is a beef soup with tripe, brisket, rib meat and intestine, ₩15,000 (blogs from June and September 2026). There are also a tripe and ox-blood soup and an offal soup, but their prices are not confirmed.
Fritz Coffee Company, Jangchung
프릳츠 장충점A bakery-cafe about a minute's walk from Dongguk Univ. Station Exit 2. It is split across three buildings, a hanok and newer blocks, and reviews describe it as roomy with several groups meeting there during the day on weekdays. It opens at 08:00 every day, and four blog posts say it is easy to bring a stroller in (two of them mention a ramp at the entrance). A May 2026 post says a morning menu (grilled sandwiches, croque monsieur and the like) runs 08:00–11:00, with other food from 11:30.
Ganaan Ppyeo Haejangtang
가나안뼈해장탕A pork-bone hangover soup shop at 131 Dasan-ro. It opens in the small hours every day (03:00 or 04:00 depending on the source) and closes around 22:00, so breakfast here is a safe bet. A single bowl of ppyeo-haejangtang is ₩10,000; groups can share gamjatang, a pork-bone and potato stew (₩29,000 / ₩38,000 / ₩47,000 for S / M / L). Reviews mention a large hall and fast service. One blog says it has been open since 1983.
