- On 6 October 2026 Kakao Map and Naver, plus a September 2026 blog review, all gave the same hours (Tue–Fri 09:00, Sat–Sun 08:00, closed Mondays). It is not open early on weekdays, so try Sambaekjip nearby (06:30) instead. Naver carried a notice of a 10:00 opening on Chuseok Day in 2026, so hours can shift on holidays.

전주콩나루콩나물국밥 잠실1호점A kongnamul gukbap shop (bean-sprout soup with rice) on B1 of Hyundai Tower, 293-19 Olympic-ro. It opens at 07:15 on weekdays but is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Per the Kakao Map menu, the Jeonju-style kongnamul gukbap is ₩8,000, the cheapest gukbap among Jamsil's breakfast spots, with squid or dried-pollack versions (₩9,000) and bibimbap too. It is about 270m from Jamsil Station Exit 9 per Naver.
Jinjihan Gukbap, Jamsil Lotte World
진지한국밥 잠실롯데월드점A pork gukbap and sundae (Korean blood sausage) gukbap restaurant on B1 of the shopping-mall wing of the Lotte World Adventure building, about 270m from Jamsil Station Exit 3 per Naver. Per the Kakao Map menu, pork or sundae gukbap is ₩11,000 and the mixed bowl ₩12,000. It opens at 08:00 every day with no break time, making it the closest of Jamsil's breakfast spots for a meal before Lotte World Adventure opens at 10:00.
McDonald's, Jamsil Station
맥도날드 잠실역점A McDonald's on the ground floor of the World Tower Building, about 90 m from Jamsil Station Exit 7, open 06:00–01:00 every day, one of the earliest openings in the area (Kakao Map and Naver both say so). Ordering is by kiosk, so no Korean is needed. A September 2026 blog records a McMorning set at this branch. Prices for this branch are not shown on Kakao Map or Naver.
More Than Butter
모어댄버터A bakery cafe on Songpa-daero, about 330 m from Seokchon Station Exit 8. It uses the ground floor and a basement, and September 2026 posts mention a room and a semi-private area in the basement where groups sit. It opens at 08:00 Monday to Thursday (Friday is 08:00 or 09:00 depending on the source), and closing and last-order times also differ between sources. One parent wrote that with a stroller they could not have gone down to the basement anyway.
